We offer individual, family, and couples, and group counseling as well as adoption advocacy services. All services may include in-person, virtually, or hybrid.

Individual Counseling |

A one-on-one space for personal growth, healing, and self-discovery. It is with a collaborative and supportive approach Kapwa will help you navigate through challenges and life transitions. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, offering tools and strategies to improve emotional well-being, build resilience, and foster a deeper understanding of yourself.

Family & Couple Counseling |

A supportive space to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and navigate challenges together. Facing conflicts, life transitions, trust issues, or seeking to enhance connections? Joint counseling can help foster understanding and emotional growth, develop healthier dynamics, rebuild trust, and create stronger, more fulfilling relationships.

Adoption Advocacy |

Kapwa’s founder (Jackie) shares her personal journey to foster understanding, empathy, and awareness about the complexities of adoption. Through storytelling, meaningful conversations are created to highlight the emotional experiences, challenges, and resilience of adoptees. Other advocacy services may be offered but are not limited to: Community or School Workshops, Volunteer Engagement, Educational Programs, Guest Speaking, and Conferences.
